If you love being on the phone and guiding clients step-by-step through a streamlined registration process, then we would love to meet you! Our app is set to launch very soon, and there is plenty of room for advancement within!
Part-time or Full-time with flexible any day Sun. to Thurs. (8AM-6PM)
Responsibilities:
- Identify client needs, research issues, and provide solutions (Tech Support)
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Solve customer issues, inquiries, and complaints
- Periodic data entry
Requirements:
- Must possess the ability to multi-task and effectively manage time
- Must have previous experience in a customer support role
- Must be an active listener and have strong verbal communication skills
- Commute and work out of Glendale, CA.
