Samaria Leah, the creator of Shop Samaria Leah grew up between LA and New York and always loved fashion, she fell in love with vintage pieces and began cutting them and reworking them to fit her body and to better suit her personal style- all while earning 2 degrees at the Fashion Institute of Technology. When people continued to ask her where she got her pieces from, she saw a need to begin selling the pieces. Shop Samaria Leah currently carries super cool custom vintage denim pieces!
Oma The Label
Oma The Label was created by Neumi Anekhe, a New York based stylist because she recognized the need to have more brands representing people of color. Oma The Label is ‘at the corner of sexy and sweet’- the brand carries affordable and high quality clothing pieces as well as beautiful and unique 18k gold plated jewelry.
MARIO & LEE
MARIO & LEE is a luxury streetwear company designed by Lionel Nichols. MARIO & LEE pieces are so cool and unique. MARIO & LEE also creates hand-crafted custom pieces made to order. The brand has also designed several high fashion face masks to protect yourself (a lot of them match other pieces from their brand)- which will be great moving forward to wear out during COVID-19 times!
Elia Vintage
This sustainable Black-owned fashion business sources vintage pieces and re-sells them. The pieces are all incredibly chic, simple, and timeless. The LA-based owner, Amber Glaspie, curates her shop with pieces from the ‘30s to the '90s, and she’s inspired by sleek silhouettes, quality fabrics, and feminine looking pieces. Her pieces are so timeless, that by looking at the website and instagram, you’d think that all of the pieces were new!
