Francesca Aiello created Frankies Bikinis in 2012 out of Malibu, California. Francesca could never find the perfect swimwear until she began creating her own. She started making swimwear for herself, then her friends, then she began showcasing her designs on instagram, which led to her creating Frankies Bikinis. 2 years later, Francesca debuted her brand at Miami Swim Week and was the youngest designer in Miami Swim Week history. Frankies Bikinis come in several uber-flattering styles and patterns.
437 was created by two friends, Hyla Nayeri and Adrien Bettio while they were traveling across the Amalfi coast. They recognized a need for comfortable and flattering swimwear that could allow them to eat pasta and to still feel sexy in a bikini, that’s how 437 was born (named after the address to the home they were living in during their last year of university.) 437 features flattering fabrics and cuts to conceal the things you’d like to cover and to show off your best assets. Every employee at 437 is a woman, including at the female owned and run factory in China.
Natasha Oakley and Devin Brugman started a blog called “A Bikini A Day,” where they would shoot and review different bikinis and brands. “A Bikini A Day” eventually evolved into the women creating their own swimwear brand, Monday Swimwear.
