Dry your hair on the cold setting and spritz some more of the dry shampoo or a restyling spray to reactivate the products that were in your hair previously. If you’re working out frequently, get a clarifying shampoo and a hair treatment. A clarifying shampoo is great to remove all the gunk from the hair and scalp. Depending on the directions that are on the label, you can use a clarifying shampoo a couple times a month, when you feel like your hair is feeling weighed down. It won’t feel weighed down after you wash it with a clarifying shampoo like Bumble & Bumble Sunday Shampoo.

A hair treatment is excellent to wear a couple of times a month to give your hair some added moisture. You can apply this and wear it throughout your workout session. You can rinse it out after and let your hair air dry or throw it in a high chic ponytail, a low bun, or a fishtail braid and continue your day.
