Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: February 2, 2023
The following are the terms and conditions applicable to your MOBILESTYLES Gift Card. By purchasing, accepting, or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and others who purchase, accept, or use a Gift Card under your account.
Gift Cards; MOBILESTYLES Gift Card Total Balance; Redemption.
MOBILESTYLES Gift Cards are issued by MOBILESTYLES, and include MOBILESTYLES Gift Cards that must be manually added to your MOBILESTYLES Gift Cards Total Balance. The MOBILESTYLES Gift Card cannot be used unless added to the MOBILESTYLES Gift Cards Total Balance. Your MOBILESTYLES Gift Card Total Balance displays the total remaining balance of all Gift Cards that have been applied to your MOBILESTYLES account, but not yet applied to a purchase. Gift Card values cannot be partially applied to the MOBILESTYLES Gift Cards Total Balance. We may refer to your MOBILESTYLES Gift Cards Total Balance as your “MOBILESTYLES Balance”, or “Gift Cards balance”. To view your MOBILESTYLES Balance, go to your MOBILESTYLES App profile, and click Gift Cards. Purchases are deducted from your MOBILESTYLES Balance. Any unused MOBILESTYLES Balance will remain associated with your MOBILESTYLES account. If a purchase exceeds your MOBILESTYLES Balance, the remaining amount must be paid for with another payment method.
Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by MOBILESTYLES.

Payment Methods
MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards may be paid for with a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Paypal.
Delivery Information and Requirements for eGift Card Purchasers
All orders of MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided on the website with information about the purchaser provided by the purchaser's financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your MOBILESTYLES eGift Card order may be delayed until it can be corrected. If you have concerns about your order, please contact Customer Support (888) 902-0720 or contact@mobilestyes.com. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address. We are not responsible for MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Support (888) 902-0720 or contact@mobilestyes.com if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her MOBILESTYLES eGift Card.
Reasons for Failed Delivery eGift Cards
MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient’s email address but the eGift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
The recipient’s firewall blocked the email
Email inbox is full
Invalid email address
If a spam filter is blocking MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards emails are not considered spam. Personalized Messaging
If you wish to add a personal message to a MOBILESTYLES eGift Card, simply type your message in the Message field during the purchase process. Personal messages are limited in the length to 500 characters. A predefined, editable text will be automatically entered: “Get ready to relax and rejuvenate!” until you make changes. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message. If we do find inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel them.
MOBILESTYLES Subscription
All orders of MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards are subject to a process that automatically subscribes the purchaser and recipient to all MOBILESTYLES newsletters. If you wish to unsubscribe, you may do so by unsubscribing. (For the purchaser: email used during checkout. For the recipient: email used during registration on the MOBILESTYLES App.)

Limitations.
Your MOBILESTYLES Balance cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, prepaid open loop cards, or other third-party gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; resold; used for payment outside of MOBILESTYLES properties; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law); or used in a manner otherwise prohibited by MOBILESTYLES. No portion of your MOBILESTYLES Balance may be transferred to another MOBILESTYLES account. Neither your MOBILESTYLES Balance nor your Gift Cards may be applied to the purchase of goods or services at any MOBILESTYLES-affiliated property outside of the United States.
Risk of Loss.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser, designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier - whichever is applicable. Gift Cards must be obtained from MOBILESTYLES or an authorized third party, and you are responsible for safeguarding your MOBILESTYLES Balance or Gift Card from unauthorized use. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your MOBILESTYLES Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request payment by Gift Card. MOBILESTYLES is not responsible for and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
Use of MOBILESTYLES Balance or any Gift Card in Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
By using a Gift Card you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and not to use a Gift Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to MOBILESTYLES, its affiliates, or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Gift Cards (including as a component of your MOBILESTYLES Balance) without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to an MOBILESTYLES account (or your MOBILESTYLES Balance is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS OR YOUR MOBILESTYLES BALANCE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT GIFT CARD.
General Terms.
The MOBILESTYLES Terms and Conditions apply. No fees apply to Gift Cards. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity, Gift Card, account ownership, or provision of an additional payment instrument before you are able to apply a Gift Card to your account or your MOBILESTYLES Balance to a purchase.
If you purchase a MOBILESTYLES Gift Card and your original payment bounces, or a chargeback is issued, we will cancel the value of the gift card and have it deemed invalid. You will be responsible for the gift card value if it was previously used for a purchase before being deemed invalid.
When you purchase, receive, or apply a Gift Card to your account or your MOBILESTYLES Balance, you agree that the laws of the State of CA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms and conditions and any dispute that may arise between you and MOBILESTYLES and its affiliates related to your use of a Gift Card or your MOBILESTYLES Balance. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
Disputes and Other Terms
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to Gift Cards or your MOBILESTYLES Balance will be resolved by the dispute resolution terms in the MOBILESTYLES T&C.
