I am sure you are all fully aware just by simply walking outside on Sunday morning that football season is here, and it’s consuming the brains of most of our friends. I personally love me some good football on a Sunday. I mean it brings everyone together, and you have an excuse to eat pizza without feeling guilty. However, while I may be a big fan of the sport, I know a lot of people are not. So, if this is the case for you, I have decided to help you out with some activities you can do while all your friends gather around the TV.
Now it’s no fun to be the person who doesn’t want to be involved at all, so instead of being that downer, you could play the role of the snack maker. I think this is fun because you are in charge of the snacks, meaning you can make whatever you want to eat, and no one can complain about it. I have also realized when you take on this role, everyone tends to gather around you because you are the one with the treats so it’s a win-win!
If you know anything about football, you know that most of the games that people are watching are on Sunday. So, you can take this to your advantage and while everyone else is putting off their responsibilities, you can be doing things like laundry and grocery shopping. This way your Sunday night can be rid of the scaries and full of sleep.
The last option I will present you guys with is going outside. Most of those people watching football are sitting indoors, drinking beer, and eating their days away. So, instead of participating in this, you could always go for a long stroll or a hike to get your body moving and ready for a good start to your week!
Don’t feel bad if you don’t want to watch grown men tackle each other. It isn’t for everyone. Instead of forcing yourself to do this, find some other activities you can partake in!
