-1 Tbsp maple syrup
-1 tsp pumpkin spice (substitute for cinnamon if needed)

-1 serving collagen (brand of your choice)
-2 cups milk (substitute for non-dairy milk if desired)
-1 Tbsp maple syrup

Coconut Whip:

Using an electric mixer, mix the solidified fat from the coconut milk, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice for 45 seconds or until thoroughly whipped.
