We can’t pretend we don’t see them all over social media living their most fabulous lives, in the most fabulous clothes, doing the most fabulous things.
It's the life most of us aspire to at least for a month or so. The one thing we don’t see is everything that happens behind the scenes. Not only do they have an impeccable eye for fashion, they know how to deliver the goods when it comes to putting it all together for a complete look! Here are my top five to follow for fashion realness!
The first on my list is Micah Giannelli. She’s more than a blogger! She is a style influencer and icon in the making! Her chic looks and Instagram stories have us wondering what fashionable planet she hails from. Every look is on point! If you are looking for chic and high-end inspiration, then this is the Instagram account you need to follow.
Aimee Song, or as her channel labels her, Song of Style is an impressive style maven to watch. Not only is she a big voice in the fashion world, but you can also count on her to have the 4-1-1 on the latest to hit the runway. Living in New York, she has access to many of the shows and cool parties you and I could only dream of. Her youtube channel takes you on the many style journeys she takes part in and you can always count on a fabulous look from her. She is chic. Her looks are simple and elegant. Period!
It may not be fair to call Alexa Chung a fashion blogger, but we have to admit that she is an influencer in the fashion blogger world. She teaches others how to build their own platforms and how to become a successful fashion blogger. Her style is relatable and interesting. She works with British Vogue and has been featured in magazines such as InStyle, Hello Magazine, New York Magazines, and a ton of others. Alexa also has her own fashion lines!
Fashion Mumblr. If you haven’t heard of her, find out who she is. Josie is a London-based sensation who has found a huge audience with her fashion tips and effortless style. Her easy-breezy attitude makes it enjoyable to watch her videos and boy does she give great fashion content. It's awesome to relate to our fashion bloggers and influencers. That’s what keeps us coming back for more. Well, that and practical advice we can all use.
Last, but certainly not least, we have Shea Whitney. She is hilarious, and her channel is all about fashion do’s and don’ts and how to make fashion work for you. It all about how to avoid the big fashion mistakes and make the best makeup tips for you. It’s all fine and dandy to look at these fashion bloggers but it’s even better to have one who gives you the advice you need!
These are some of the coolest kids in school when it comes to fashion and all the fashion advice you need to create your very own fashion channel or just up your fashion game!
