So here are a few morning beauty tips you can follow in order to look your best every time you wake up! 


Drink Your WATER!

Water is the most important thing most people forget in their diet. Some only get an average of 3 to 4 glasses of water a day. That is the worst thing you can do for your skin. Your body is made up of mostly water. You lose water when you sweat, urinate, etc. So when you don’t replenish your water, your skin suffers! Want to see a face that drinks a gallon of water a day? Take a look at the music superstar Pharell, who has admitted to drinking about a gallon of water a day. He still looks like he did in high school!


Use an oil blend at night

Good oil fights bad oil. End of story. If you find an oil blend that works for your skin, you should consider using it at night before you go to bed. When you wake up in the morning, you’ll start to notice the effect it has on your skin … in a good way!


Go to bed at a reasonable time

Sleep is so important. What’s that saying, “You can sleep when you’re dead.”?
