Morning Beauty Tips To Wake Up Pretty Every Morning
Sometimes we wake up looking and feeling a bit crusty. Well, you're in luck! These morning beauty tips will keep you looking fresh.
These morning beauty tips will spice up your early routine for the better!
You’ve heard the saying, “I woke up like this!”, right? Thanks, Beyonce. This little phrase may have been sung in passing but waking up beautiful is a very real thing. We’ve all seen the lengths that people, mainly women, go to to put their best face forward at any time of day, and the morning is no different. So here are a few morning beauty tips you can follow in order to look your best every time you wake up!
Drink Your WATER!
Water is the most important thing most people forget in their diet. Some only get an average of 3 to 4 glasses of water a day. That is the worst thing you can do for your skin. Your body is made up of mostly water. You lose water when you sweat, urinate, etc. So when you don’t replenish your water, your skin suffers! Want to see a face that drinks a gallon of water a day? Take a look at the music superstar Pharell, who has admitted to drinking about a gallon of water a day. He still looks like he did in high school!
Use an oil blend at night
Good oil fights bad oil. End of story. If you find an oil blend that works for your skin, you should consider using it at night before you go to bed. When you wake up in the morning, you’ll start to notice the effect it has on your skin … in a good way!
Go to bed at a reasonable time
Sleep is so important. What’s that saying, “You can sleep when you’re dead.”? How about this one: “Don’t get any sleep, and you’ll look like you’re dead!” Your body needs time to rejuvenate and complete cell turnover among other metabolic processes. And another thing: get quality sleep. It is said that most people don’t get enough vitamins and minerals. One that we all need is magnesium, which, among other things, can help us sleep better. One that’s easy to absorb is magnesium glycinate!
Always use SPF!
The sun is nice, but it does damage your skin. Make sure your face is always covered with a quality SPF. If you’re a clean product lover, then zinc-based all-natural SPF is for you!
Don’t wear a ton of makeup all the time!
Or as I like to say, “Leave your face alone!” Anytime you can go without makeup, do it! Your skin needs a break sometimes, and if you don’t let it rest and breathe, it can result in a breakout! While you’re at it, treat your skin to weekly facials and face massages! They work wonders!
These little morning beauty tips are a recipe for great-looking skin! It’s not rocket science, but when you put all of these things together, you have a recipe for the best skin you’ve ever had!
