Gift Card User Agreement

  • General Terms

    MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards are distributed by MOBILESTYLES App Inc., a Delaware corporation (“MOBILESTYLES App Inc.”) By visiting https://mobilestyles.com/gift-cards/send, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this eGift Card User Agreement (“UA”). This UA is subject to change without notice. MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards are issued by MOBILESTYLES App Inc. Please refer to https://mobilestyles.com/ for additional Terms and Conditions.

  • eGift Cards

    MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards are redeemable only on the MOBILESTYLES App. To make a purchase, visit https://mobilestyles.com/gift-cards/send. No fees of any kind will be imposed on purchases.

  • Redemption

    Redeem code toward any on-demand health and beauty service during checkout. eGift Card is only redeemable on the MOBILESTYLES App. If you require further assistance please contact Customer Support (888) 902-0720 or contact@mobilestyes.com.

  • View Balance

    After the eGift Card is added to your MOBILESTYLES App account, the balance will continue to update live. If you require further assistance please contact Customer Support (888) 902-0720 or contact@mobilestyes.com.

  • Returns

    You may not return your MOBILESTYLES eGift Card after it is received. Purchasers who wish to cancel an eGift Card purchase order prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact Customer Support (888) 902-0720 or contact@mobilestyes.com.

  • Lost or Stolen eGift Cards

    Lost or stolen eGift Cards will not be replaced. MOBILESTYLES App Inc. shall not have liability to you for lost or stolen MOBILESTYLES App eGift Cards. You are solely responsible for keeping the password for your MOBILESTYLES App account safe and for any activity under your account.

  • Limitations

    You may not use a MOBILESTYLES eGift Card to purchase other MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards. MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards may not be transferred. Total purchases for any one individual may not exceed ten thousand dollars ($3,000.00) in one calendar day.

  • Our Policies

    Information that you provide when purchasing a MOBILESTYLES eGift Card is subject to the Privacy Policy. MOBILESTYLES App Inc. may provide eGift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards.

  • Risk of Loss

    Ownership and risk of loss of MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient, and risk of loss passes to the recipient as soon as the MOBILESTYLES eGift Card is delivered to the designated carrier.   • MOBILESTYLES App eGift Card Customer Service

  • Payment Methods

    MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards may be paid with a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Paypal.

  • Delivery Information and Requirements for eGift Card Purchasers

    All orders of MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided on the website with information about the purchaser provided by the purchaser's financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your MOBILESTYLES eGift Card order may be delayed until it can be corrected. If you have concerns about your order, please contact Customer Support (888) 902-0720 or contact@mobilestyes.com. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address. We are not responsible for MOBILETYLES eGift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Support (888) 902-0720 or contact@mobilestyes.com if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her MOBILESTYLES eGift Card.

  • Reasons for Failed Delivery eGift Cards

    MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient’s email address but the eGift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

    1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
    2. The recipient’s firewall blocked the email
    3. Email inbox is over size limit
    4. Invalid email address

    If a spam filter is blocking MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards emails are not considered spam.   • Personalized Messaging

    If you wish to add a personal message to a MOBILESTYLES eGift Card, simply type your message in the Message field during the purchase process. Personal messages are limited in the length to 500 characters. A predefined, editable text will be automatically entered “Get ready to relax and rejuvenate!” until you make changes. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message. If we do find inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel them.

  • MOBILESTYLES Subscription

    All orders of MOBILESTYLES eGift Cards are subject to a process that automatically subscribes the purchaser and recipient to all MOBILESTYLES newsletters. If you wish to unsubscribe, you may do so by unsubscribing. (For the purchaser: email used during checkout. For the recipient: email used during registration on the MOBILESTYLES App.)

  • Uploaded Images

    This feature is not available at this time.

  • Limitation of Liability

    MOBILESTYLES APP INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO EGIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF AN EGIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH EGIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

  • Disputes

    This UA shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without reference to their rules regarding conflicts of law. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, USA in all disputes arising out of or related to the eGift Cards or the MOBILESTYLES APP INC. site.
