PRO: Vetting Process

The first step is to download the MOBILESTYLES App for free on the App Store or Google Play store. If you already have the app installed, make sure it's been updated to the latest version.

Once you've downloaded the app, begin the PRO registration process. For this step, you will need your:

• SSN
• Government ID Information
• Professional Portfolio
• Professional License (if applicable)

This information is encrypted and not accessible to anyone, but is necessary for the criminal and professional background check in the next step. You'll also be asked to select services to provide, choose your state to service, and set up your professional portfolio.

After you've finished registration, we'll initiate your criminal and professional background check as part of our vetting process.

• The processing time for background checks is between 5-7 business days, but in some rare cases can take longer.
• You can check on the status of your application within the app, or contact us anytime.
• Because these background checks are completed by verified third-party sources, we only receive a “pass” or “no pass” status, and therefore are unable to answer questions or discuss findings from within the reports.

When your background check has been successfully approved and you're all set to become a PRO, the next step is to schedule your training session with one of our friendly agents. This is imperative to ensure you have everything you need to get started as a mobile beauty PRO!

In your onboarding session, our friendly agents walk you through all the MOBILESTYLES features to ensure you are proficient in using the app. By the end, you'll know:

• How to optimize your portfolio to attract and acquire potential clients
• How to utilize your marketing tools to promote yourself and gain traction
• How to set your availability and pricing
• How to accept and manage appointments from start to finish
• And more!

Once training is complete, you are now an active mobile beauty PRO on the MOBILESTYLES App. Your profile will become visible to potential clients once you've set your availability, and then you're all set! Here are some marketing tips and resources to help you become better at advertising yourself and your work.
