Try a few relaxing yoga stretches each day, right after waking up and just before you go to sleep, and notice how it makes you feel.


Allow yourself time to rest

With hustle culture, resting can feel like cheating and can induce feelings of guilt in some people. However, respite is essential, especially when times are hard. Giving yourself space to recharge may not seem like a big deal, but it will allow you to process your feelings and listen to what your body and mind need. PSA: if you need a nap, take one!

Another thing many of us are guilty of when times are tough is closing ourselves off to the outside world. Sometimes interacting with others can feel like too much of a stretch.
