Available spa jobs: hiring now! MOBILESTYLES has spa job vacancies, so it's good to know what certifications you will need before applying. All PROs who work with our app must follow their state certification and licensing requirements to prove their eligibility to perform services.
In order to gain a license, most states follow similar requirements:

Be at least 16 years old

Have a high school diploma or GED

Complete a state-mandated licensing program
Make sure you check the requirements in your state in order to secure your licensing and choose where to complete your education or training.
For instance, some states require a minimum 1,500 hours of instruction before qualifying to take a licensing exam. It important to know your state's protocols when pursuing a career!
The main responsibilities for a spa job are providing massage therapy, waxing, facials, and more. When working a spa job, you should always be able to provide consultations and recommended treatments for your clients' particular needs.
